Jung-A Han’s current art interests are influenced by South Korean origin American artist
and writer Theresa Hak Kyung Cha, Korean minimalist Ufan Lee and American minimalist

Jung-A Han is a female artist, born in Seoul, South Korea. She moved to Ireland in 1999 now lives and works in Wicklow, Ireland. In Her work she has endlessly agonised over what an artist’s duty and role should be in the society where the artist lives. In this way, her works do not say merely in the artistic area; they say something about society, politics, economics and history; they are laden with multi-layered meanings.
